the room was clean and cozy. it had a peaceful balcony perfect for relaxation. the food was delicious with a decent variety. i appreciated the breakfast and dinner options.
the spa experience was disappointing. the facility was poorly heated, and i was shivering. i booked a massage at the hotel spa expecting relaxation. i left feeling cold and uncomfortable.

the hotel offers a clean room with a comfortable bed. i found the hot shower very good. dinner and breakfast included many vegetarian options.
the room gets warm after a while, but it takes time.

smooth check-in friendly staff convenient transport
the check-in process was efficient and smooth. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay (they really were great!). the transportation service was convenient.
the tv had limited channels, so i suggest bringing entertainment.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service

large balcony attentive staff amazing view
The room had a large balcony (it was perfect for enjoying the mountain view). The staff was very attentive, especially Bal Krishna. He offered helpful advice and also took some nice photos for us. The hotel offered excellent value considering the amazing views and overall service.
